My job is to help you express that without losing yourself in the noise. We work inside out. We find clarity within and build expression around it slowly and sustainably in a way that feels like it belongs to your life, not outside of it.Alongside this work, I teach mindfulness-based yoga every day from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. IST and 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. IST. I am training through 2026 to be an expressive arts therapy practitioner.
