Handling Project’s Supply Chain Management.Daily planning with my sub-ordinate and with Execution Dept.Receiving all materials in his physical presence to ascertain the quality and quantity as stated in the purchase order and reporting any deviation to the management.Preparation of GRN, MRN, DC, STRV etc. in SAPSorting, Stacking, House Keeping & Tagging of Materials.Arranging Inspection of Materials for Material Billing (MRHOV)Issuance of materials from stores to Subcontractors & Vendor after proper verification of approved documents by the competent authority from HO & Project level and coordinate with the EQA team.Following FIFO & LIFO when issuing materials.Physical verification of Stocks periodically and ensuring minimal variation.Preparation of Book vs. Physical Stock at the end of every month.Inventory planning to manage supply disruptions.Knowledge on 5S tools.Good Knowledge in ERP, EIP, BAAN & SAPPreparation reconciliation of issued Materials to sub contractors & used tools at project site in all aspects.Facilitating proper storage of scrap / expired materials and reporting the same to management periodically and monitor the disposal after approval following the prefixed guidelines by the management.Giving training all subordinates to create awareness about all kinds of materials utilized at our project sites and SAP also for proper functioning of stores.
