I am a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Workday practice, supporting organizations in delivering Workday HCM implementations and HR digital transformation programs. With certifications in Workday HCM and Workday Data Loading, I bring hands-on experience across core HCM processes, data conversion, and functional alignment to help clients adopt Workday effectively and at scale.Prior to transitioning into the Workday domain, I worked extensively in Talent Analytics and HR Business Partnering, delivering workforce insights and analytics-led recommendations for leadership teams. This background enables me to approach Workday programs with a business-first and data-driven mindset, bridging the gap between HR strategy, technology, and execution.In addition, I hold a Product Management certification from IIM Kozhikode, which strengthens my ability to apply product thinking, user-centric design, prioritization, and outcome-driven delivery to HR technology initiatives. This perspective helps ensure that Workday solutions are not only technically sound but also intuitive, scalable, and valuable to end users.
