Growing up, curiosity always got the better of me and I would dismantle my gadgets/toys/games and try to reengineer them. While I succeeded in some, I mostly failed in this pursuit. However, inquisitiveness became a part of my character. Even today, with over a decade of experience in the corporate world, I believe in getting my hands dirty to learn and understand the products before I talk about them to my customers. Did this help us sell more? – Probably no.
