Cluster Head- EHS & Sustainability at Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages looking after various Plants, Greenfield Projects, Co-packers, Depots and warehouses with an Objective:• Leading the development and implementation of required occupational health and safety (EOSH) programs and processes to protect the safety and health of employees, road safety, and to maintain compliance with applicable local regulations and The Coca-Cola Company’s EOSH Requirements• Leading to implement Sustainability Strategy and Goals that align with company corporate goals, industry standards and global best practices• Directing strategic advice and guidance to business units on ESG integration, sustainability reporting, climate risk assessment to meet their specific Sustainability & ESG objectives• Ensure full compliance with applicable EOSH regulatory and requirements across Units• Implementing and sustaining EHS Management Systems like ISO- 45001 and ISO-14001 KORE Safety Standard and Guideline• Coordinating development and implementation of programs and processes to build EOSH capability, including the planning and conducting EOSH training• Regularly assess and monitor operation’s EOSH programs, processes, and performance to identify and correct EOSH risks, compliance and performance gaps• Providing Functional Leadership to the Management Team to ensure that EOSH goal and measures are integrated into annual business plan• Establishing procedures for evaluating EOSH hazards associated with new processes, equipment, or materials and recommend methods to control the hazard• Leading to set up milestones, coordination with the respective functions and involve in the team formation to execute projects, monitor progress and submit sustainability reports• Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of EOSH reports and submissions required• Driving Strategy and Plan for future requirements and proactive approach on risk assessmentplanning and developing the EHS Budget
