Led the in-vivo team responsible for generating preclinical data (PK, PD, Safety-Tox, Pathology) to prioritize drug candidates. Designed, executed and managed in-vivo studies to generate all the early/ late-stage research data package. Developed novel transgenic disease mouse model to measure the efficacy of CNS targeted therapeutics in neurodegenerative diseases.
