I currently work in Valuations at Kroll, with experience across business and intangible asset valuation for US clients. My work has primarily been in financial reporting and transaction-related engagements, including goodwill impairment (ASC 350), purchase price allocations (ASC 805), and 409A valuations.I’ve also worked on valuations involving complex, multi-entity and cross-border structures, requiring an understanding of different business lines, intercompany dynamics, and consolidated financials.Over the last few years, I’ve built a strong foundation in valuation modelling, DCF, trading and transaction comps; along with exposure to healthcare and life sciences engagements. This includes working on pharmaceutical and pipeline assets, where assumptions around launch timelines, regulatory uncertainty, and lifecycle dynamics play a key role in valuation.I enjoy working on problems where financial modelling meets real-world business context — especially in situations that require going beyond standard templates and thinking through assumptions.Currently, I’m looking to move into roles that offer stronger alignment with my experience and allow me to continue growing within valuations, transactions, and deal-focused environments.
