ABOUT SOUMIK MITRA
I am an India-qualified lawyer with an LL.M. from Georgetown Law, focused on AI-integrated legal practice. I earned my LL.M. in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center, with a Certificate in Securities and Financial Law, and I was awarded the Georgetown Law Merit Scholarship. I have built modular AI-readable case knowledge bases that let attorneys load case-specific context into AI tools for on-demand legal analysis and drafting, along with automated pipelines for OCR, document review, and exhibit management across hundreds of trial exhibits. My work covers drafting infringement complaints, claim charts, motions, and discovery responses, and my legal research spans patent disputes, trade dress, false advertising, damages theories, and pleading standards.
