As a seasoned Production Execution/Administration professional with nearly 8.4 years of experience, I am dedicated to driving production efficiency and reducing costs while adhering to standard operating procedures. I am proficient in Tally Prime for controlling and supervising production operations and SAP PP for production use. In my current role as Senior Production Executive (Execution and Planning) at Century LED in Howrah, I oversee the full manufacturing process of all kinds of LED lighting products, including SMT machine operation in PCB fabrication, FPY control, NPD with R&D teams, PFMEA, DFM report submission, PCB panel combination for better productivity, process rejection control, and quick reaction to daily deviations. I have successfully looked after and started auto-packing capacity with 26k in 8 hours, leading a group of 10 supervisors and production officers and 310 permanent and contractual workers, maintaining daily shop floor activity. Previously, as a Production Engineer (Planning) at Landis + Gyr Limited in Kolkata, I produced change notes for proposed deviations in BOM and ERN, performed inventory control, and managed WIP of production shop floor. I collaborated with the Quality Circle Team for analyzing issues chosen by the team, advised in resolving them, and implemented POKA-YAKA. I assisted in implementing SAP (PP Module) and spearheaded a team of five members while monitoring FIFO concepts with Demand Centers and resolving issues. Prior to that, as an Assistant Engineer (Production) at Websol Energy System Limited in Falta SEZ, I handled material and production planning for production lines, inventory, and WIP of production shop floor. I also handled PV wafer (silicon) total chemical process like etching, P-N junction formation, PSG (EAG cutting tech) cleaning, ARC coating, two surface (AL, AgL & Ag), and cell efficiency wish class segregation process.
