Ensure compliance with documentation standards and collaborate with stakeholders for streamlined processes.•Utilize available resources efficiently, including berths, cranes, and labor, to maximize operational productivity. Implement strategies to minimize vessel idle time and reduce turnaround times.•Maintain effective communication with internal teams, shipping lines, and port authorities to provide timely updates on vessel schedules and operational status. Generate regular reports on vessel performance, productivity, and any operational challenges.•Utilize relevant software and technology tools to streamline planning and scheduling processes. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance operational efficiency.•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all vessel planning and cargo handling activities. Collaborate with safety and compliance teams to implement and monitor safety measures.
