I’m a Product Leader with 10+ years of experience building and scaling complex digital products in banking and fintech, specialising in lending, payments, onboarding, and servicing. My career spans Tier-1 high-street banks and global fintech platforms, where I’ve worked extensively in highly regulated, data-intensive environments and helped turn complex systems into products that deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.I’ve led product strategy and hands-on delivery across end-to-end customer journeys spanning onboarding, lending, servicing, and payments, working extensively with API-driven platforms and large-scale data systems. My experience includes building digital onboarding and KYC/KYB capabilities, designing lending and underwriting workflows, and supporting payment rails such as Faster Payments, CHAPS, SEPA, BACS, and ACH as part of broader, regulated financial ecosystems. More recently, my focus has been on applying AI-assisted and agent-based approaches to augment decision-making across credit assessment and operational workflows, combining structured financial data, transaction signals, and deterministic logic with LLM-based insights to support faster, more consistent human decisions.What motivates me is building trusted, scalable systems that sit at the intersection of data, APIs, and intelligent automation.
