As a Senior Consultant in the Management Consulting practice, I have worked with CXOs, government leaders, and global investors to design and implement high-impact strategies that shape industries and deliver measurable results.Key contributions include conceptualizing and launching a SaaS-based workforce and vendor management platform for a leading real estate company, conducting commercial due diligence for a private equity client in the SaaS observability space, and identifying post-merger value creation opportunities through industry benchmarking, contract pipeline assessment, partner ecosystem analysis, and AI capability evaluation. I spearheaded the development of a flagship international submarine cable Detailed Project Report (DPR) for a state government, unlocking $400M+ projected revenue and aligning the initiative with India’s $5T digital economy vision.I have also led the transformation of T&D and supply chain processes for a major African utility through BPM frameworks, developed a CXO-level 5G rollout executive dashboard for a leading telecom operator, and designed the strategy for an AI-driven Digital Twin in air quality management.
