Currently, I lead and develop products and features for YouTube ads, working closely with UX, engineers, and cross-functional teams to design, pilot, and implement user-facing and backend solutions that enable the sustainable growth of YouTube\'s long-term revenue and optimize ad revenue by maximizing ad load while minimizing impact on user experience and organic metrics. I also leverage advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to personalize ad load across YouTube to each individual user, accounting for their engagement, intent, and preferences. I am passionate about delivering impactful and user-centric products that create value for users, advertisers, and creators. I also have successfully led and developed products and features for various domains, such as e-commerce, marketplace, and gaming, working with cross-functional teams and partners across the globe. Some of my achievements include proposing and implementing the Buy Box strategy for Carrefour\'s marketplace, driving sales and conversions for noon\'s category marketing, and founding and launching an e-commerce beauty platform.
