   Review and process high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency along with providing the resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for timely payments.Resolve all Vendors queries and requests coming via meetings, emails for improvement for maintaining quality standards. Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice # invoice date, Quantity, Rates etc. Maintain a tracker of the exceptions and ensure invoices/ queries are handle based on tracker. Follow up requisitions (via calls/ mails etc.) Coordinating with internal audit to ensure all invoices queries are handled as per guidelinesand release the payments as per PO terms. Creating PR, PO and processing vendor advance payments as per PO terms. Managed and processed over Rs. 700 Cr. Payments ensuring accuracy & proper authorization. Ensuring proper TDS deductions against service invoices/ advance payments. Creating new vendor codes with proper and accurate approvals Oversee daily A/P Processes; manage vendor/supplier relations and accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders, credit/ debit memos and payment transactions. Manage vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor ledgers monthly identify discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Verify accuracy of incoming invoices and discover errors to save overpayments. Manage vendor data in SAP. Resolve or tackle any issues or queries faced by the suppliers team. Parking vendor invoices in SAP with PO & Non PO. Processing down payments activity for vendors in SAP Preparing monthly payment MIS.
