On a journey to tranform how TD Bank change end user experience with technology and cloud transformation to reimagine the art of possible. We want to bring innovation and value to the Bank and our customers with confidence and reliability. I was responsible for driving innovation in Finance and Risk technologies for their journey of transformation into Oracle Cloud technologies integrating it different parts and components in the machinary. In this role, I partnered with executives across technology and various business lines to identify key strategic opportunities to optimize and modernize the platform and leverage technologies within the bank to bring about the transformation. Me and My teams focus areas were: • Engage with Business stakeholders and partners to determine Key Data points and help them transform the same from their legacy systems to modernized Data Platform • Engage ITS infrastructure Architects and Managers to transform Manual Business process to automation on Modern Architecture • Work with Business partners, Integration Partners to align with Banks vision for Technology Transformation and drive key transformation projects • Review Key Design Decisions for FRP Transformation into Oracle Cloud • Review and determine Authoritative sources for data working with Business and work with Source Systems to bring it to Enterprise Data Platform • Work with Business partners and integrators to challenge solutions and provide key design decisions specific to Banks requirement and policies • Architect tooling and methodologies like DevOps pipelines for Oracle systems like OFSAA and ERPCS • Review solutions provided by integrators and contractors
