My mission is to lead the quality engineering and digital transformation initiatives for both Dollar Tree and Family Dollar banners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the business needs and enhance the customer experience. I have 20+ years of experience in the retail domain, working on various platforms, systems, and technologies, such as SFCC, Oracle ATG, Oracle MOM, POS, Manhattan WMOS, PeopleSoft, APTOS, MuleSoft, and Digital Transformation.As a leader, I have proven skills and experience in IT operations, business solutions, driving transformation, Cloud Engineering, quality engineering, test automation, requirements analysis, and project management. I have led large engagement teams and successfully completed engagements that are aligned with program scope and strategic business objectives. Some of the key projects that I have implemented or supported include BOPIS, Family Dollar Mobile App, Manhattan Active OMNI, Oracle MFCS, Promotional Asset Management, Anaplan, Manhattan Active WMS, and Enterprise POS. I have also established a centralized QA governance model to support both Dollar Tree and Family Dollar banners, and enabled the workforce transformation from QA to QE role.
