ABOUT SOULAIMA GOURANI

I build companies and I open doors. The co-founder of two AI infrastructure companies: AILO (building sovereign data centers across the world) and Happioh (AI workforce platform training AI employees that think like humans). But that\'s not the only work I do. I also sit on boards, broker partnerships across Asia, Europe, Africa, MENA, and the US, and help companies get into markets where they don\'t have natural access, or access no money can buy. That\'s the part I\'m known for, walking into rooms and making things happen. Why organizations bring me in: I grew up Moroccan/mixed race in Denmark. Left home at 13. Foster care. Dropped out in 7th grade. I\'ve spent my life figuring out how to get into spaces I wasn\'t supposed to be in, and now I do that for Fortune500, startups, executives, governments, and funds who need someone who understands how to translate between cultures, between capital and opportunity, between \"we\'re interested\" and signed deals.I\'ve lived in Switzerland, Denmark, Luxembourg, Norway, the US. I know how to build trust in Copenhagen, close in Silicon Valley, navigate sovereign priorities in Abu Dhabi, design partnerships in Shanghai. Not theory, actual lived fluency.
