About Soujanya Muthyala

Soujanya is a Fifth-year law student with an interest in corporate law. Recently, She has interned with Samvad Partners. She\'s also the Student coordinator at GITAM Moot & Advocacy Committee and Joint coordinator at NSS in GITAM University. Previously, she drafted and reviewed agreements at Tempus Law Associates. Soujanya worked for Wealthisle, a start-up and assisted in the drafting of Privacy Policies, User Agreements and SAFT Agreement. Her area of work included mainly Compliances, Mergers & Acquisitions, Company Law and Cryptocurrency. As an intern at Samisti Legal, Soujanya drafted various commercial agreements and assisted in preparation of due diligence reports. She worked on property disputes, civil and criminal suits at AequitasJuris Law Firm. She also assisted in legal research and drafting for High Court hearings. Soujanya is a Certified Cyber Yoddha, one of the flagship initiatives of Rachakonda Security Council undertaken in association with Rachakonda Police Commissionerate supported by End Now Foundation. In the past, Soujanya interned at NALSAR University, Hyderabad where she was able to develop critical thinking and research skills. She worked as the Research Intern at All India Reporter (AIR) and Indian Journal of Socio-Legal and Contemporary Affairs (IJOSLCA). She also has good editorial experience as an Associate Editor at YIMF Academia. She demonstrated strong leadership skills as the Convenor by conducting legal training and awareness programs in her University in collaboration with Niti Manthan and other law Colleges.
