Executive with over 35 years of national and international professional experience in the planning, design, and construction of municipal, industrial, commercial, residential and development projects with particular emphasis on wastewater collection, water distribution and storm water systems- Substantial experience with pumping systems design, including water and wastewater pumping stations and collection/distribution systems- Led the development of several water, wastewater and environmental remediation master plans- Directed and managed the delivery of several capital programs- Developed and implemented multiple project/program management systems- Managed numerous disaster recovery projects and worked closely with various clients to prepare appeals for recovery work and is instrumental in helping clients obtain full reimbursement- Led a number of federal development programs in Asia and the Middle East- Holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and worked in various parts of the United States and around the world.
