Achieved a 92% recall through feature engineering, cross-validation, and evaluation on unseen data.Results were published in internal tools and test campaigns were run, post the A/B testing of which resulted in a 4% reduction in churn rate WoW- Managed, strategized and developed BAU tasks and deep-dives in the Uber Eats US & C Courier Ops team to manage the overall marketplace operations, like courier incentives, delivery time management, radii optimization, dampening etc. Extensive SQL Querying and conducting deep-dives and analysis to reduce delivery cost.Main POC for the accountability of delivery operations and marketplace enhancement, serving as a pivot between cross functional teams to deliver quality outcomes.
