I am responsible for understanding cost control, reading my branch’s P&L statement and understanding and what it takes to run a profitable business. I also learn how to deliver exceptional customer service. Proper sales techniques, problem solving strategies and conflict management skills has given me with the opportunity to market to local business partners and build solid, long lasting relationships with key business decision makers.
