Lead US tax planning in alignment with Pfizer\'s global tax strategy to proactively identify tax opportunities and mitigate tax risks in the US, Europe, and Asia. Support M&A activities by leading business integration teams involved in IP planning, cash repatriations, divestitures and restructurings, and have generated significant tax savings doing so. Partner and collaborate across multiple functions to analyze the US consequences of complex commercial and real estate transactions. Monitor US tax legislative proposals and developments, in addition to EU and OECD (Pillar 1 and Pillar 2) developments, to evaluate potential impact on Pfizer\'s tax positions. Manage professional consultants in planning and implementing new initiatives. Support hiring and onboarding new colleagues.
