I am responsible for developing and implementing sustainable process improvements to enhance productivity while reducing labor costs, all without compromising safety and quality. I support and lead a culture of Continuous Improvement by collaborating with the Steering Team and operations to develop and maintain the company performance TMOS program. I help identify and define scopes for all Pillar Master Plans. I continue to exceed the corporate AOP Cost Saving Initiative of $11 million for the plant. In partnership with the Plant Finance Manager, I ensure that savings are accurately reflected in the Year-End Profit and Loss statement and manage all Cost Savings Initiative (CSI) projects. I also work with all the Managers to promote a \"Zero and Beyond\" culture. I also provide training and modeling on Lean Thinking and Six Sigma tools. Additionally, I facilitate kaizen events and present documentation and project updates to senior leadership. I collaborate with organizational leaders to achieve our business objectives.
