I support social impact initiatives—managing a portfolio of community investments, employee grants, and matching gift programs—to advance Steelcase’s strategic goals of helping communities thrive, fostering inclusion, and acting with integrity.My responsibilities include:Reviewing community and employee funding applications for alignment with Steelcase’s impact areas and strategic priorities.Coordinating cross-functional efforts across Procurement, Legal, and HR to channel nonprofit donations through Coupa, ensuring tax compliance and transparent process governance.Collaborating with leadership to create executive-level insights—presentations and briefs—for C-suite decision-making on Impact strategies.Overseeing core functions such as communications, furniture donations, event support, site visits, and donation workflows to fuel community engagement.Managing the administrative backbone: it’s on me to triage the team’s inbox, organize SharePoint documents, and manage the shared team calendar—keeping our operations running smoothly.
