Recent Mathematics graduate with a passion for solving complex problems in the realm of data. Current interest: applying quantitative methods in financial markets. Other interests: cryptography, category theory. During my undergraduate years I sat modules from a broad range of applied and pure mathematics. Applied highlights: machine learning, optimisation, game theory, dynamics and statistical learning. Pure highlights: number theory, homological algebra, elliptic curves. I then had the opportunity of applying my Master\'s thesis in a short-term cryptography research position. Currently looking to broaden my stats/optimisation skills in a dynamic corporate environment.
