I am acting as Servant Leader for a Scrum Team of 12 people, that are building a CRM for our clients to easily customize their websites. Besides the usual activities linked with the Scrum Master duties (facilitate the team Ceremonies, remove team impediments, induce a continuous improvement mindset, recurrently reminding the incremental approach and the constant value delivered to our clients through each of our Releases), I designed and implemented the process to make the releasing process more efficient and as a consequence, more often, by running workshops like DevOPS Radar and Value Stream Mapping with my team and tackling the issues highlighted in these workshops as enablers.
