Support the UAT intake process by making decisions regarding the prioritization of work assignments based on project timelines and workload.• Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group. • Influence and negotiate to achieve business objectives.• Develop/lead the strategy of UAT across various large & complex projects (class A and B)• Support the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.• Assist the Product Manager in analyzing and validating complex scenarios for stock trades margin calculations.• Facilitate meetings between BMO Dev team, Broadridge and external vendor for End to End business flow validation• Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards. Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues.• Coach and coordinate the work of UAT Testers and acts as a senior resource on the team and provide feedback on test plans and test cases.• Waterfall and Agile•Projects: ••Investorline Real Time Pre-trade Margin calculation: integration of BMO systems, Broadridge and third party vendor for complex calculations of trading accounts\' margin. Parameters considered: multiple levels of margin overrides and/or securities concentration for Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, GICs, Equities and Options spreads.
