In FY2023, I\'m managing the global ACS Enablement team, where we conduct all onboarding and ongoing education activities for the ACS practice. I\'m also working with our Productivity and Ongoing Education team (who focus on other parts of CS) to revamp our ongoing education delivery model for all of our CS teams.In FY2022, I managed the global Consultant Apprentice Program and team, enabling Customer Support reps to transform their careers and become Advanced Cloud Support consultants at NetSuite. CAP team members apprentice to experienced mentors, practice their consulting skills, develop and demonstrate a proactive mindset, and work to achieve the utilization requirements for their roles as they grow to take on Project Lead status and join the ACS group as productive teammates.
