About Soren Lindstrom
Based in Pierson Ferdinand\'s Dallas and New York offices, I lead an active M&A practice in a broad range of industries (including, technology, telecommunications, private equity, life sciences, healthcare, and industrials) and have extensive experience representing clients in complex US and international mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, direct investments, and other strategic alliances.
