In her current role as Operations Manager for the PwC Operate Change team, Sorcha is helping to drive and shape the growth of the Transformation Cluster, supporting over 270 change professionals (Business Analysts, Project Managers and Change Analysts) across London, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Birmingham and Belfast. Since joining PwC in January 2017, Sorcha\'s main area of experience was in business change within the Financial Services sector, with over 4 years experience supporting medium to large programmes and projects of various complexities in driving transformational business change, operational excellence and process improvement. Having worked on several transformation projects, Sorcha possesses skills in LEAN based change management. Through the use of technology, combined with behavioural change approaches, Sorcha has helped clients solve challenges with efficiency, productivity, people management and engagement. Sorcha is an experienced leader in ‘Perform’, and an SME in ‘PerformPlus’ the digital evolution of ‘Perform’ powered by Google Cloud Technology, PwC’s most innovative, commercially viable solution globally, named winner of PwC’s Global Innovation Challenge 2020.
