I am the accountable lead for a team responsible for all money movements of the Klarna balance. Over the past year, I drove the expansion and localization of add and send money flows from 1 to 15 markets, leveraging Open Banking and supporting local payment methods, while introducing features like automated top-ups in all markets and engaging peer-to-peer experiences such as GIFs in Germany. I am also responsible for Klarna balance as a payment method when shopping online, including instant refunds, smooth cashback payouts, and seamless debit card payments linked from the balance.
