Digital Product specialist with a track record in digital product development and CRM with broad-based expertise in digital transformation and monetization of content & data. Certified Scrum Product Owner. Certified ScrumMaster. Launched online transactional platform for the global business using Agile methodologies. Focussing on satisfying the customer through early & continuous delivery of software enabled the platform to better monetise and distribute products. • Both of my parents are deaf - seeing how difficult the world is for them has made me passionate about making products that are simple to use, open to everyone & easy to engage with. A small incident got me into product management. When I started at TimeWarner, I encountered a deaf customer. This customer was unable to query their bill because TW only offered call centre support (no online support). The customer could not call the call centre as the customer could not hear. I helped the customer using sign language (learnt from my parents). This allowed me to raise the idea (and launch) an online MyAccount platform. It ended up reducing costs for the business & helped customers see their billing details quickly. • My Director writes in my 2017 review:\"Sorab has an extremely positive approach & manages a large workload effectively and calmly.
