HR Business Partner @Markerstudy Group

Operating in the financial services sector as a core HR Business Partner to the Claims Division (330 staff) and support functions (150 staff). Working closely with the senior management team to influence performance improvement and advance the quality of people management and staff development in the business. Report direct into the Group Head of HR but for the majority being self-sufficient working with senior leaders to give a robust indication of where to focus and invest HR resource to strategically influence performance improvement. The role requires continual scanning of operational business needs to support senior managers in minimising leakage through either changing process or redesigning workforce areas whilst remaining FSA regulated and with minimal financial risk to the Company. It is a role in which HR needs to be assertive and business savvy in order influence challenging stakeholders, to encourage organisational change.
