   As a Delivery Lead at EX3 Labs, I\'ve specialized in program development, management, and project delivery, bringing more than 15 years of experience to the project team. Since joining the team I have lead the successful delivery of more than a dozen digital projects including projects that began at prototyping, and continuing all the way to implementation, integration, management and DevOps/SecOps support. I have also led and supported the QA testing of over 10 different products both manual and automated across iOS, Android, PC, and Mac, to ensure full operability before product launch.In addition to ensuring projects cross the finish line, I specialize in product verification and management of user testing. This is a crucial step in human-centered design to ensure the product is driving value for the end-user. I enjoy getting to navigate project environments and relationships with empathy which allows me to quickly develop trust and understanding with clients, and help them prioritize and refine their product to best support their end users.
