Services include temporary and permanent staffing, career transition and outsourcing and consulting.Responsibilities: • New business development, profiling target customers, identifying probable need and potential income streams and establishing contact with key functions (HR, sales, marketing, production, etc.).• Retain & grow business with existing clients, and recruiting and managing my pool of casual workers.• Complete support for sales consultants, including candidate screening from CV to interview stage, pre-interview preparation, post interview follow-up with clients and preparation of temporary contracts. • Creating and placing all on-line, magazine and newspaper advertisements.• Preparation of weekly payroll for temporary staff, including analysis of competitor remuneration.
