About Sophie Nop
As a Senior UX Researcher, I lead concept testing research on hardware and software unification using mixed methods. I also stand up ResearchOps to optimize and scale processes, tools, and evaluation of existing research. I initiate research projects and then plan, conduct, analyze, synthesize, and present readouts to key stakeholders. Additionally, I co-mentor teammates on UX best practices and processes, and conduct service design research with employees and customers.I have over 9 years of user research experience and a decade working in healthcare, which allows me to bring deep compassion and empathy to studying user needs. I have a Master\'s degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering and a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, which equip me with the technical and analytical skills to design and evaluate user-friendly solutions. I am also a Fulbright Alumnus and a passionate advocate for cultural exchange and mutual understanding. My mission is to create comprehensive and inclusive user experiences that empower and delight users.
