Management of multiple new and migratory large web build and site improvement projects concurrently. Projects range from custom brochure website builds to large e-commerce (Shopify, Magento, Headless / payment gateway API based) builds, as well as lead gen based projects. Through wire-framing, design, build, QA and launch, I am the sole source of knowledge on the project, including budget management. I use component based design and build to future proof clients sites. I also create all project documentation - from technical specifications to timing, test and content plans - and keep them regularly updated- Given my experience and hands on approach to client management and relationships, I regularly offer technical solutions directly to my clients and then liaise with the Development Team to solidify a plan- Management of retainer clients alongside larger project work. On such accounts, I act as a hybrid Project & Account Manager and liaise with the client directly to receive and deliver their months brief, whilst ensuring the retainer hours are utilised correctly. This usually involves offering technical solutions to recommendations off the back of user testing or analytics analysis- Trusted expert for Google Analytics, Tag Manager & Search Console queries- Management of the digital schedule. I ensure all Designers and Developers have the correct work allocated for their skillset and support Client Services with their requests- My passion for process earned me a position in an action group in Q1 & 2 of 2023. Alongside a select group of colleagues, we lead and delivered a significant digital process improvement initiative, from developing a Developer QA process (lead, informed and presented by myself) to creating a digital costing template- In July 2021 a 4x multi language project I PM’d was voted Ponderosa’s \'Digital Project of the Year\'. I was also nominated for the \'Rising Star\' award by the board.
