ABOUT SOPHIE MEADOWS

I’m a CRM Process Analyst and Integration Lead with a background spanning project management, change management, campaign delivery, strategic planning and digital transformation in the charity sector. Currently at CHAS, I lead on CRM development, system integration, and process improvement — helping to ensure the charity’s operations are scalable, efficient, and centred on impact. With an APM Project Management Qualification and GDPR Foundation certification, I bring a structured, solutions-focused approach to project delivery. My work bridges the gap between technology and people: ensuring compliance and quality, while also building engagement and training programmes that empower teams to make the most of new systems.Alongside my core role, I serve as a volunteer Trustee at Pain Concern, where I help shape fundraising strategy and ensure that the voice of people living with chronic pain is embedded across the organisation’s work. This builds on my broader experience in community engagement, fundraising, business analysis, and marketing, developed across a variety of roles in both the UK and abroad.I am passionate about using process, technology, and collaboration to create positive and lasting change in the charity sector. Whether through CRM innovation, project development, or governance, my focus is always on enabling organisations to grow their reach, strengthen their impact, and better serve their communities.
