Data Careers are a people resourcing solutions business, managed and run by experienced recruiters with a successful track record spanning more than 20 years. Offering an end to end talent solution, we own the recruitment process from when a role is released until the end of a candidates probation. We work with multinational organisations, Public Sector authorities and SME businesses. In my current role I lead the operations function within the business. This includes overseeing;Systems & Process Management;• Managing and maintaining recruitment systems including our ATS and CRM systems• Managing the onboarding process for all contract staff including all compliance aspects • Conduct regular system audits and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance• Train and support users on system functionalities and best practicesTeam Collaboration & Enablement;• Develop and deliver training programs and materials for the recruitment team• Create and maintain documentation for recruitment processes • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure team members are fully enabled and correct processes are followed• Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into the senior leadership team.• Work closely with individual consultants to understand their needs and challenges.• Act as a liaison between the recruitment team and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration
