I’m a HR professional with a unique blend of expertise across IT, HR operations, people analytics, reward, and HR systems. With qualifications in both HR and IT, and hands-on experience in technical and people-focused roles, I bring a unique blend of analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. This combination makes me particularly effective in people data, HR analytics, and systems-focused roles. At Wates Property Services, I deliver insights for over 2,700 employees—analysing diversity, pay, promotions, starters, leavers, and absence. I work with data from multiple systems, create consistency across sources, and build clear, functional dashboards in Excel and Power BI. Previously at B. Braun, I supported Reward by analysing salary and bonus data, streamlining processes, and evaluating roles using Willis Towers Watson methodology. I also partnered with managers to model people costs and support retention. I have hands-on experience implementing and maintaining HR systems and enjoy working closely with stakeholders at all levels, from staff and managers to senior leaders and external partners. I’m driven, people-focused, and passionate about making a positive impact. Outside of work, I stay active through dance and cheerleading, and I’m proud to be a two-time World Champion with Team England’s Paracheer HipHop team.
