As a creative and analytical problem-solver, I enjoy helping people connect with the information and resources they need to succeed. I am self-motivated to develop expertise about systems and processes and share that information with others. I am skilled at identifying root causes of problems and designing solutions.I believe respect is the foundation of achieving our desires at work and home. Since 2019, I have been reading the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy, social science research, Ph.D. dissertations, and coding current events to develop a theory of the conceptual basis of respect. My conclusion: our beliefs about respect are contributing to unrealistic expectations, indignation, and political division. As of 2026, I am more than 300 pages into a book on how respect works, what questions we might ask to drive connection, and how we can know whether it is personal or not.My goal, personally and professionally, is to promote personal growth, connection, and well-being.
