Hello! I am Sophie, an Orlando-based, award winning Project Manager. I am a young professional with over Ten (10) years of combined project experience over multiple disciplines including IT, entertainment, data cleanup, marketing, and consumer products. within both large and small organizations. Driven by a passion for safety, efficiency, sustainment, and project longevity through a results oriented approach to project management that combines agile methodologies with traditional project management techniques. I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Stage Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Master\'s degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Project Management from the University of Denver. My thesis work included dissecting the Agile Manifesto and applying the core principles to projects I am currently working on. I am excited to network in the field of Project Management! My goal is to add value to a Project Team and organization using current leadership strengths and developing knowledge of industry service styles to exceed overall experience.
