I’ve taken full responsibility for the company’s operations, quickly learning the contract recruitment space with no prior experience. Highlights include project-managing the launch of our first US office, strengthening internal processes and managing a high-volume contract portfolio.I’ve also introduced structured performance management (minimum deal expectations, improvement plans, and PIPs), built regular reporting for directors on revenue and consultant performance and optimised KPI visibility to help inform team strategy and consultant development. Alongside this, I’ve overseen supplier relationships to cut costs, helped revamp the website to attract more candidates and clients and helped to organise team socials and incentives to help promote culture in a fully remote company.
