I lead the North and West campus of the National Institute of Teaching (NIoT), a newly launched organisation which seeks to provide training and development for teachers and leaders across schools. My role leads the delivery of Initial Teacher Training (ITT), the Early Career Teacher programme and the new suite of National Professional Qualifications. My team is responsible for recruiting trainees and participants to these programmes, ensuring high quality delivery and supporting progression of teachers and leaders on our programmes, to ultimately enable better outcomes for the pupils they serve.
