ABOUT SOPHIE ARCHAMBAULT

With broad and solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry under her belt, Sophie Archambault has distinguished herself through her managerial skills as well as her ability to implement strategies, business plans and teams starting with nothing but a blank page. A leader, energetic, honest and steadfast, she is very familiar with all of the ins-and-outs of the pharmaceutical field. Sophie has held various positions including those of training manager and sales development manager, associate sales director, commercialization manager, market access and government relations (public and private sector). Having worked in more than 4 different departments and 10 therapeutic areas from the operational as well as the strategic end, Sophie Archambault has built highly skilled, committed and effective teams. She has been able to create solid partnerships by strengthening the bond of trust and encouraging those involved to deliver better outcomes. “With 18 years of experience in team management, I have always maximized internal resources in order to bring about the best possible strategies for clients, patients and the company,” notes Sophie. Throughout her administrative career, she has optimized collective and individual management, always with the end results in mind. Sophie Archambault has created her own unique management style, which, moreover, has earned her numerous recognition awards. A holder of two undergraduate degrees. One in administration from the Université du Québec in Montréal, and the second degree a Bachelor of Science from the Université de Montréal. She continues to update her knowledge base in order to expand the holistic view necessary for making complex decisions which have a major impact on all of the concerned parties involved in her projects
