I am an AC accredited professional executive coach/facilitator. I specialise in leadership, culture change and career coaching.Indeed, both are highly interconnected as finding fulfilment and performance at work start with being in the right job to unlock potential.During my 20 years in senior corporate roles in marketing, strategy & insights, I learned that effective change starts from within and is linked to culture and leadership.So, I trained in coaching and certified in neuroscience and emotional intelligence to explore what defines human beings and to help people achieve their goals.I combine traditional coaching techniques with the latest understanding of how the brain and emotions work together, to deliver long-lasting change through self-awareness, new behaviours and mindsets.I also draw on my 30 years of professional experience to help clients identify key success drivers and stumbling blocks to help them move faster.
