Having worked in the corporate world or recruitment and employment since leaving university ( a long whilse ago!) I have taken the decision to follow my passion and step into the world ofexercse, fitness and self-employment and have begun my own business - Firefly!Firefly is passionate about helping Mamas who want to be strong, fit and healthy no matter their motivation. We understand that life, especially after having children, is extrmely demaning, hectic and busy and I am a firm believer that we should be able to find ways to access exercise that fits around all this. I have taken the decision to run all my fitness classes outdoors so as to utilisie the additional benefits that come from being out in the open air. Exercise isn\'t just great for you physically but also mentally too. I have learnt the benefits of being able to channel my energy into being strong in both body and mind and I want to share this with others. Firefly offers both fitness classes and 1:1 personal training for women no matter what stage of life they are at: Whether you\'re returning to fitness after recently having a baby or you\'re looking for something to do that\'s for you and doesn\'t involve the children at all we have the right class.
