ABOUT SOPHIE RUSH

After graduating with a BA in Primary Education from Plymouth Marjon University, I joined Reed as an Education Recruitment Consultant, specializing in finding and placing SEN teachers and teaching assistants in suitable schools. I have a passion for education and a knack for building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, using my CRM skills and communication abilities. I work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I can learn new skills and exceed my KPIs and goals. Previously, I worked as a Customer Success Support at Hemsley Fraser, where I supported the implementation of new work within existing contracts, scheduled events and managed logistics, reviewed post-event evaluations, and developed successful client relationships. I also gained experience in marketing and webinars, as part of the Ventro team, where I generated leads and appointments, conducted client check-in meetings, and assisted with the production of CPD presentations and slides. I am always eager to expand my knowledge and expertise in different domains and sectors.
