I’m a PR and communications professional with 18 years of industry experience, successfully promoting people, products, services, and initiatives through strategic messaging and media engagement. In 2018, I launched my own PR consultancy and co-founded an events business. Since then, I’ve proudly grown both, building lasting relationships with long-term clients. With a strong passion for brands, deep media insight, and a talent for driving client success, I bring energy and strategic focus to everything I do. My career began in London, where I had the opportunity to learn at a dynamic, fast-paced PR agency founded by a former national newspaper senior editor. I went on to specialise in health and beauty communications, working with leading PR agencies in both London and Sussex. Originally from the UK, I’m now based in New Jersey, USA, where I live with my husband and our three children.
