As part of the recruitment team my role is to ensure that the business is being supported and resource demand is being met, recruiting for the UK, Switzerland, Germany and the USA. My role is to actively find candidates, through CV mining, networking and using various social media tools for contract and permanent positions on a global basis. I conduct briefing meetings with hiring managers to understand the role and what skills are needed, screen appropriate CVs and provide suitable candidates in set timescales. Where needed I will assist in face to face interviews, working closely with hiring managers and the wider HR team.
